Q – Is there VAT to be added?

A – No, there is no VAT – the price quoted is the price you pay


Q – How many people can travel in the MH?

A – There are 6 travelling seats with seat belts


Q – Where can I camp overnight with the MH/campervan/tourer?

A – If you are staying in Scotland you can rough camp pretty much anywhere as long as you are respectful and clear up on departure.


Q – Can I leave my car at your base?

A – Yes, we have a parking facility.


Q – Can I bring my dog?

A – We are pet friendly in our MH but please enquire for the other vehicles.


Q – Is bedding included?

A – No, but this can be included as an extra (please refer to booking form).


Q – How do I pay?

A – Our preferred method is bank transfer. It is possible to pay by credit debit card, cheque or PayPal however, this will incur a 2% surcharge.


Q – Do I get my money back if I need to cancel?

A – The initial deposit is non-returnable. Payment is required 2 weeks before your hire commences. If cancellation, on your part, is necessary within this time a refund is dependable on whether we are able to re-hire.


Q – Is gas included?

A – Yes


Q – Are the vans fully equipped with kitchen equipment?

A – Please refer to website to see what’s included.


Q – How will I know how everything works?

A – You will be given a demonstration on collection – please allow up to an hour for this.


Q – Will I need to clean the vehicle before I return it?

A – Cleaning materials are provided, please use them to return the van in a presentable condition.

Please refer to terms and conditions re excess cleaning charges.


Q – What happens in the event of a break down or accident?

A – The vehicles have break down cover – details will be provided on collection.
